Casting Spells on Others

If you don't have someones name and just their screen name.. but, no picture or dna of them.. can you still cast a spell on them? But, know info about them.

Yes. You have to word the spell to what you know of the person such as "GeorgeL123 on the website xyz.com who has calls me pickles"

I find it to be less about the actual things you have to represent the person, and more about the depth of connection it provides. The more clearly you can form a mental or emotional link between yourself, the spell, and the receiver the more likely it will connect.
