It varies from person to person. It’s like trying to remember your dreams, since AP and dreaming are nearly the same thing.

I personally do, since the method I use, it's where my body is asleep but my mind is completely awake, since it is induced by a deep meditative and relaxed state.

Astral Projection is a shift in awareness rather than a dream. They may seem similar, especially with lucid dreaming, but they are not the same thing, since when you are dreaming both mind and body are sleep.
