Difficult boss spell

Is there a spell to make an individual stop micro-managing at work? :)

If you insist on using magick, then try a binding spell.

You could try looking up a strategy guide...oh you mean a boss at work. Well the main actions I would take wouldn't be magickal because while it may be irritating they just worrying too much about the workload & meeting deadlines. There are plenty of mundane things you could try. First look at how they are micro-managing and determine the things that they are worried about. Attempt to tackle these things and show them they don't need to micro-manage you because you know what you are doing. Learn the method to their madness and try to anticipate their actions so you can surprise them with your productivity & proactive attitude. If they are requesting updates on your progress attempt to provide this info to them before they can ask. In the end my suggetion is to make them realize you do not need to be micro-managed.

Depending on your boss's personality worst case scenario you might need to confront them though professionally and politely letting them know how you feel though you need to feel you boss out to know if this option is possible without a volcanic eruption. Let them know you are working as hard as you can and that you will do your best to meet every deadline yet you feel their actions are impeding your work ethic.
