Someone help me please!!

Hi i had this problem for over 2 years now and finally decided to ask someone for help i met this man and he said he was weak he felt me drain his energy and he asked if i felt any stronger and i yes then after an hour i felt weak and felt someone draining my energy i felt like i had chains around me but in the real world i had no chains on me and didn't like this unknown person draining my energy and his energy so for some odd reason i broke out of the unknown person grasp but when i did i think he put something on me and now i drain my friends energy and the thing the unknown person put on me will drain his energy and drain my energy and if i don't drain my friends energy or don't go to the darkness that will make me lose my sanity for awhile and drain more of my friends energy then it drain my energy until i do and i don't know how to stop it someone please help me with this

When you meditate, practice grounding and centering. Make your source the earth, the sun and moon, the vast universe, rather than others.

I also recommend breaking whatever ties you may have to this person, and doing a frequent banishing, cleansing, and protecting regimen.
