Help

For the past year, I have had the feeling I was being watched wherever i went. I still have it. Dos anyone have any ideas on what it could be?

It could be anything, but spirits are the most likely cause. You can banish them, or simply ask them or it to leave you alone.

I would not say spirits are the most likely cause. There may be some possible cause, but you may be experiencing an episode of paranoia, though more likely you are simply feeling self-conscious.

I don't feel confident about myself. I'm useless so I doubt its paranoia.

Persona was not saying that you are paranoid, she said that maybe you are being self-conscious.
