This was recently posted in the "Introduce Yourself" board, but it was in a thread's post. I would now like to generally share it; I find it... more truthful, somehow...

Magick is real, or magick is not real?
When we use spells, we are mentally communicating with the Earth and elements around us. When we have faith, or to believe in, our spells mentally, those spells obviously get stronger. We have the power to control anything really; maybe out Earth's orbit? Maybe how much water on Earth? Who knows.
Life is full of possibilities, and some things can't be explained. For this, there is magick. For other things, there are many other explanations.
Well, most people can see magick since they have opened their Third Eye, but to my belief, I have found a Fourth Eye. This eye not only sees all paranormality and all auras and such, but it's the eye to see feelings and communicative gestures amongst plants and animals. This Fourth Eye is the ability to almost control the world. But this also concludes to the Fifth Eye, though it doesn't seem quite possible, I am still to believe it is. The fifth eye is for more of a controllable ideal, to control the universe if I must; you can cast all pollution out off our Earth and even force the moon to turn faster for an eclipse. But for this reason, and I believe this is the last, there is a Sixth Eye; now the power to COMPLETELY control all that is. Control the Sun's placement, move stars around, and even control other beings from anywhere, with just simply wanting to.
Everything has a possibility, and even for all we know there could be more things on here on Earth. Much more than mermaids and vampires and witches... so much more than we could ever possibly know...
Just like the mysterious seas of our world.
We can`t tell that it is fake/nothing or not real because we have not venture into this unknown world.There`s a possibility for everything.
It's real... for the "given value" of real. I don't believe anything false can be conceived (anything REALLY false, that is-- as in, so false, it can't exist to be conceived of at all, if that makes circular sense) and nothing true can be threatened. Warped, yes, misrepresented, yes, but never threatened.
But, to be able to see clearly what is real (if we want to, that is, and not everybody wants to) we should ask ourselves what is it that we WANT to see as real. Because a lot of that "wanting" is Warping. It's denial, it's delusion. When we've found the truth, though, that's magic.
I read a story recently about a man looking into his cup of water. His friend asked him what he was staring at, and he said he was enjoying the moon in his tea. His friend laughed and pointed him to the actual moon.
The one writing the article compared the reflection of the moon to the magical systems. Elementalism, black, white, direct or ceremonial, religious, scientific-- all are only reflections and facets of the truth. Reality can be so much brighter than the moon that we need these systems to reflect the light less harmfully, but when we are ready to look, it's a shame to keep staring into the imperfect reflections.
The chakra system is one of these reflections... the Third Eye is really famous, but people neglect the anhata (second heart, I guess we should call it... you say that's the fourth eye) and manipura (second stomach? You say fifth eye) and the sixth eye could well be all these energy centers working together with the energy centers of the universe-- which is where the system as it's represented by kind of breaks, but that's when we stop reflecting and do something-- shine, ourselves!
This is strange. I just saw a thread about opening your third eye and the thought hit me, what about a fourth eye, cd there be such a thing and if so, what would it do or see. I open your thread a second later and there it is, the fourth eye. you answered my question before I asked it, lol. Are you psychic or what?

your fourth eye sounds like heart chakra. your fifth and sixth eye sounds abit simlar to the crown chakra.
third eye is a chakra too already. ;)
but some believe we have 11 main chakras. 8th in our hands - in reiki the hands chakra is for healing (giving energy away). 9th chakra in your feet, for taking energy from the earth energies (grounding). 10th chakra is silver (moon) upper from the crown. 11th chakra is gold (sun) upper from the 10th chakra.
and then, in heart chakra there is a higher "level" the normal heart chakra is green the higher version of it is pink (not shock pink!)
