How to become ungagged?

I had an account that got gagged because I said I don't understand how on a site that's supposed to be for open minded people, there are still so many skeptics and close minded people.

Spells of Magic is a website with members from different backgrounds & belief systems. Every user is entitled to their own opinion as long as it is respectful &civil to others; and does not violate the website's rules. Too often, the term "open minded" isover-estimated. Your comment was rude and disrespectful for those reasons. Also, it is against the rules (we agreed to) to talk about gags on your profile, forum posts, or the public chatter. It is not the business of the public and they do not happen randomly. Mistakes can happen and talking to the moderators of the website is the best way to find a solution.

Once gagged you cannot have it removed, only make a new account and not break the site rules again to avoid any future gags.
