When you first started honoring Loki when did he reply in some form of a way?

I do not work with Loki. But based upon what I've heard from others who do, I would not recommend expecting a predictable answer. I've seen descriptions of Loki as a 'trickster' in the aspect that he teaches lessons in very unconventional ways.

So if you've been reaching out to Loki, don't expect a dream, a vision, or a direct sign. You may very well find yourself having an epiphany, realizing a chain of small events have brought you to some conclusion in what turns out to be a meaningful way.

Well I've saw some people have directly talked to him but yea it seems he does do that sometimes

He doesn't usually talk to his worshippers, most likely contact them in the ways prsona has described.

If he sends you a sign you will notice.

If you get too insistent he's less likely to answer back. Give him time.

The advice others have given you is great. You must be patient, as with all things. However, may I ask about how it is you are going about honoring him or giving him gifts? How is it that you've approached and asked for his insight into things? If you are not getting a response as you would expect after a length of time, you may reevaluate your methods of contacting him.
