I spent few months researching Succubus and was wondering if someone could clarify some things for me. From what, I understand they can only appear to you while you're dreaming, sleep paralyzed or astral traveling. However some people claim that succubus can actually physically manifest themselves and be actually visible to other people. I mean there are claims, that succubus can actually have human, girlfriend experience with person. Like sleeping together, eating, having regular relationship and other stuff. Is there any truth to those stories or is it just made up fake?

Sometimes people call women succubus as an insult if they are gold diggers or sleep around too much, but these are still humans. These claims seem like misinformation to me. Also it would be harmful from what I have read to have relations with succubi because they are known to steal energy.
Succubus and Incubus spirits you can actually have a spiritual relationships just like with regular people however they would be invisible for the ones can't see spirits. They can appear in dreams or outside of dreams. I know most say they are dangerous but others don't have any negative experiences it's how we perceive them.
Some people believe to work with their third eye to help see spirits others experience giving too much attention towards a spirit eventually the spirit revealsitself to you.
@feldspar from what I have gathered over time some people are born with an innate ability to perceive spirits around them. Some can see them, some can hear them, and some can feel them. These gifts can be separate or combined as not everyone who can see them can hear them or feel their presence nor can those who hear them necessarily see or feel them. Terms that are normally used are clairvoyance or clear sight(often related to prophetic visions), clairaudience or clear hearing, and clairsentience or clear feeling.
like Spirits the Succubus can take over some one that is week and enter there body so yes they can be both. Look in the eyes you can see the truth. you well know.
The short answer is, no, no spirit being orf any sort can take on a physical form, or interact with you physically.
However there are some humans that practice energy stealing via sex magic that refer to themselves as succubi. That's more of a title than them actually being the same thing as the spiritual creature, however similar their methods.
They can manipulate your mind psychologically to create vivid and powerful experiences. Like people, there are some nasty ill-intended ones as well as beautifully supportive ones. Be careful on your own intentions and visualization and what you exactly wish to invite.
