Spells

Hello new to the site and new to this whole idea.
Wojld like to know if a spell can be cast on a person that is unknown ie you have nothing of theirs no pic no personal stuff

If you are new to magic in general, you should first learn about what magic really is and isn't, along with the basics to know how to build up to actually casting spells.

Now, to answer your question, yes, it is possible, you just have to concentrate on this person or your idea of this person.
