I'm being haunted

Please help....im pretty sure I have a spell casted on me. I've been followed by spirits all my life and i want to know why. Will i ever know why? And why has my life been cursed?

do these spirits try to attack you? if not and they just hang around you it could be because you have psychic ability and not a curse. spirits tend to have an attraction towards people with ability because they are like beacons to the spirits due to them knowing that to these people they can communicate. ive seen spirits around me since i was little (im 18 now) been both bad and good spirits. with the bad ones i have done cleansing rituals to get rid of them.
