HELP ME.

Hi everyone. i have a problem. i have the song 'Mr Blue Sky' Stuck in my head severely. and i mean SEVERELY. 24/7 its playing in my head, i cant get to sleep, it distracts me from tasks, and its getting REALLY, REALLY annoying, so if any1 has any advice or spells that could help please tell me

Try to think of another song or listen to it again
Also just try to ignore it and it'll leave

One method of ridding an earworm is to play the ending in one's mind. If the ending is not known, conclude the song in some manner, typically by making up an ending. In some cases, listening to the song givers a terminus to the tune, giving it finality.

It is not an absolute guarantee, but most often when a song is stuck in someone's head, it's a part of the song in a loop. Breaking that loop and concluding the song tells the brain that the song is over.

playing the song can stop the loop and fix the problem. otherwise i'd talk to a doctor. like a psychiatrist. there's nothing magickally we can do to help you, but you might consider meditating before bed, or having a dream pillow to help calm you.
