Sleep- Urgent

Hello, I'll make this quick. Basically I have schizophrenia, and fatal insomnia. Moving aside from the hallucinations briefly, does anyone know any spells, or anything to help induce sleep? I haven't slept for 5 days, and doctors don't know what to do any more. Sleeping pills aren't working (I'm in a psychiatric hospital right now) and they say that I only have a few more days. I'VE accepted the fact that I might die, though I am scared, but it will destroy my family. I love them too much to put them through this. Anyone who knows anything about sleep, please help.
