I don’t know if this God is a he or a she but can someone please explain to me about her? Her purpose if she has one and what she’s known for? Thanks! :)

Kind of love how you aren't sure about Isis gender in your first sentence but proceed to use female pronouns for the rest of your post [shes a mother goddess in answer to your question] quick google search could clear it right up. She's a pretty positive entity to work with, rather popular as deities go. [shes the Egyptian Goddess you usually see either breast feeding her son Horus or with her arms outstretched and feathers attached to her arms] she does play a key roll in early Egyptian mythology too.

Isis is a major Egyptian goddess who later also became a Greek goddess and a Roman goddess. She is the goddess of motherhood. The husband of Isis is Osiris. The son of Isis is Horus. Isis is also a highly protective deity and evoked in funerary rites in funerals. Isis was the most magically powerful, skilled and able of all magicians of Ancient Egypt. Ancient Egyptian magicians evoked Her in their spells.
