It's a lot harder than casting a spell. You'll have tofind out whatcomponents was used in the spell thatbind you as well as the exact words. From there you can find out what kind of binding spell itwas and reverse/undo. Some can only be undone by the caster and in some cases a higher caster or plea to deity.

If you want to undo a binding which you placed on yourself and/or another person, you can dissolve the spell. Cord-brekaings or cuttings, for example, can be very simple symbolic representations of undoing such a working. Additionally, take the original steps, but in reverse.

If you want to do the above, or if you are certain someone has done a binding working against you, there are many options.
