Council query

I know this may be quite early but I request you all to make me a council.I have a lot to share in the field of magic.I have studied about various cultures,religions and I have a lot of rituals and spells to share with the folks which can help them in many ways.
Please consider my request and yes also tell how to send someone a messege on som as I am having troubles in it

You're in Spell Casters, everyone is automatically put in a council position, this isn't the case in other covens it is here.

You are. Spell Casters Coven is set up so everyone is automatically in the council so they can be solitaries and do what council members in other covens can do [add spells, edit forums, add rituals/articles] the downside is anyone can post anything and most people post fluff.
