Love or attraction?

Is it possible to cast a love spell on a specifik person and if not is it possible or even in fact better to cast a spell to make someone random to be attracted to me which can lead to a relationship? I hope you know what I mean

Yes, both are possible. The latter is generally the one most suggest.

You can do both. You can also cast a love spell to love yourself more, bring more love into your household, strengthen a relationship, and many more [love isn't just romantic]

The only issue is what you consider morally ok to cast. If you're in the 'don't interfere with free will' camp, then you should avoid casting a spell on your crush and instead cast a spell telling the universe you are open to love.
