Spells about Binding

I have 2 question.
1 is there a binding spell that works without items?

And the other one is about an extreme orgasm spell that you can put on someone when they have sex with you. Is this one true?

Well those questions are rather unrelated, but thanks for the laugh at how random that was.

1. Any spell can work without items. Spells come down to your energy and focus. Items [herbs, photo, candle, athame] just add some extra energy to the spell and/or help you focus [the photo for example] if you have a specific spell in mind that requires you to, say, roll a candle in herbs then place it on a photo and tie it with ribbon but you don't have any of it and still wish to preform the spell, I would either find the items or find a new spell because that specific spell has been design to work a specific way because of those specific items.

2. I don't know of this spell, but I would say maybe, leaning on the no end of things. Sex magick is a thing, and there are spells people do in bed [charging items comes to mind, but I also know of a lover binding too] as for an extreme orgasm, I feel it probably needs a little more than just saying a few words and your parter is overcome.
