im not into magic. i do believe im under a spell of some sort. i hear this mans voice in my head/thought. i do know who he is. he's another tribal member. apparently theres few here in the REZ that practice spells. this man is abusing the craft. he's gay; no offence to any that may live the life. this person has gotten carried away. he's threatened my life the life of family members. it gets worse. my son is 16 yrs old this mans has threatened our lives face to face. looked into my sons eyes and threatened rape on him and myself. now that he is locked up, not for the threatsl; i was afraid for my life and sons life. yes he's locked up. im hoping theres a way to remove the spell with him locked up.
symptoms. i can hear his voice plan as day no matter where i go, at home, in the car, any place im at i hear him. i also hear other peoples voices he can pick up any voice he or i come across and mimic it. he's used my voice against me. i noticed he curses the lord more than 2/ 300 times a day. both jesus and god. he said he is god, he told me god hates me. he says he has to be mean. theres something about lies. constantly lies. im unsure of the hokie pokie. ive no clue what that is or if it relates.
now that he's in jail he says he can kill and rape my son from where he is.

My suggestion is to go to your tribal shaman and chief. If he is a member of your tribe then that is where you should begin. They will be more familiar with what he is capable of. God bless.
you could do a simple protective spell jar for you and your soon, which i believe can work a treat, some might say it would be better to have a piece of there belonging to add to it but i believe just write down their name is just as effective and far safer. I know you dont practice magic and you may not agree, but this can be a simple spell/ or intention to help to protect against his ill energy toward you and others. there are many ways you could do a spell jar , an item belonging to you a person, add protective herbs, there are many a basic one like sage or rosemary is easy to access , protective crystals , small nails/coffin nails (some might call them) are good to add as this keeps repelling his negative energy away from you. I might add if doing any such thing that its never in tended to direct any harm back in anyway and is only intending as a protective amulet/object for your own piece of mind.
There are a number of options for you, both magic all and mundane. Hearing his voice haunting you could be a sign of truama, if possible I suggest talking to a therapist or counsellor who specializes in trauma to try and help you. If you cannot for whatever reason, look online for ways to work through trauma and cope with it. Meditation and journaling come to mind.
As for magically what can be done, talk to your local spiritual leader for protection, be it a blessing or holy water. Saging your home and wearing protection charms both for you and your child can help protect you both from any negative energy this man might send your way. You can also try binding him from doing harm. A very simple one is to wrap a ribbon around a photograph with his full name written on it and chant "I bind you *name* from doing harm to myself and loved ones" you can add to it if needed. You can also place the picture with his full name in a box with mirrors lining the inside and bury it somewhere off your property. This should reflect anything he casts on you back at him.
I strongly suggest a book called Magical protection by Bland, you can get it for under 15 dollars on amazon. It is based on Jewish magick and is very quick. The Gallery of magick may have a blog about protection. I would google them as well.
Binds, curses, and hexes are very tricky forms of magic that can be a pain to get rid of. I'm glad some of the members gave you some great advice though. The book and jar should both be great resources to help you protect yourself. In the past though people who aren't magic practitioners normally used this form of magic to break a curse/hex that have been placed on them even if they didn't know who did it.
In order to do this you will need: a bottle (try glass with a lid or even mason jar), a personal item (photograph, hair, nail clippings of the person the spell should be cast for, in this case you), written prayer to your deity of choice and what you want done, your urine, rusty nails, and salt.
Steps
1. Choose your intent. In this case it is stopping this man from harassing you and your son.
2. Clean the bottle. To do this I suggest first hold it under running water, then say a prayer over the object, and finally you should charge it by leaving it in the sun all day or under a full moon all night.
3. The above listed items should be charged and cleansed just as the bottle was. (Not necessarily with running water though, you can sprinkle it with salt water but still need to pray and charge it)
4. After adding all the objects you will then need to make sure the jar/bottle is sealed tight.
5. Bury the bottle in your yard
6. Wait and See
This is an older form of magic that was practiced by both witches and non magic people alike. Having knowledge of spell casting and skill will of course make it more powerful but it's also an option for someone that doesn't know how to cast spells. The materials I listed above are normally used whenever someone wants to break a curse that has been placed on them.
