I have been trying out spells but to avail. I don’t know if I somehow did something wrong. I visited psychics and somewhat intrigued. I tried chi cultivation/qigong but just like magic idk if I’m doing anything right by reading off internet. Is there a something I can do about this or something I can try that’ll give me results that I can see and boost up my morale? I have been feeling down about everything, my interest lies in things like this but up till now it seems all I can do is talk about how wonderful it is with others instead of actually doing it.

Welcome to the group. I'm not very experienced but my suggestion is start by learning to meditate. This will help you learn to focus, ground yourself and give you time and understanding of what you are looking for. I would advise against trying spells until you learn more of the basics. Also, I would be careful about trying stuff from the internet until you become more experienced. Don't give out any personal information to these sites or people who promise to cast for you. Don't buy spells or pay anyone to cast for you. Look through this site. There are great articles on merit and just about anything you need to know. Magick is not a fix all, it's a tool and faith and belief in yourself work better than any spell can.

Ok when it comes to meditation. I’m lost. I don’t know what to do and usually wander off and become restless. Is there any recommendations or guidance that one could get?

Firstly, if you're totally new to casting spells you should check out the forums and articles for beginners. You should be learning what magick is, and how to visualise, meditate, ground, and direct energy.
