I'm an empathe, so I feel everything around me and within me and it makes me uncomfortable and the things that i feel scares me and the things that I see makes my skin crawl. Please help me? Rather than people doing workings for you, you could look into practicing shielding, I'm an empath myself and shielding is something that has been forever useful to me. If you can learn to shield other peoples energies and emotions, you can then block it out and it won't effect you as strongly.

In regards to Dark workings, you learn it the same way as you learn all othermagicks, "Black" or "Dark" magick is simply magick done with negative intention, so it is done the same as all other forms of intention, but for negative outcomes.
