Does anyone know a spell to have this house still be available until I have the security deposit ready? Or to have them lower it?

For a situation like this,you could make a charm bags filled with items for an increase in money to help the money come faster or good luck items to increase your luck of getting the house. However, you could try a honey jar spell to sweeten his attitude about the money and him lowering it.

How about having my guardian agree to letting me move if I don't win my guardianship case in July?

I gave them part of the deposit so they said that they would hold it for me until I get the rest and my legal guardian permission to move.

I'm not sure if you do any sigil magick but the demons Paimon or Bune are good to evocate for prosperity. Just be very precise when telling the demon your desired outcome, generally you want to prepare your wishes on paper beforehand and it's always good to have a pen and paper near for any notes you need to take during the ritual. A sigil would work wonders. Just remember that for a sigil to work you have to put in at least a little effort yourself.

Sigils are always my go to. And they work!!
