Help.

I think I'm beginning to lucid dream and astral project, but the problem is I can't control my astral body.

Can someone help with that?

Movement in astral travel is often described as willing oneself to travel. Many people have explained their trouble with trying to move, and realizing they're attempting to move arms and legs in some sort of coordinated manner. This doesn't work, because that sort of effort is meant to move your physical limbs -- which you would not be using. It could also cause a hypnic jerk, pulling you from your trance state. In stead, if you find yourself in control of your awareness and thoughts in a dream state, or while projecting in the astral, simply decide to move forward.
