Binding spells

I’ve been asked by a friend to do a binding spell on his ex-wife binding her to a location so she will not move 5 hours away with their kids. I’ve only been practicing for a few years and while familiar with binding spells am concerned as to whether the circumstances of this spell would make it a black magic spell. While no physical harm may come to the woman in question as a direct result of this spell I would be preventing her from being with her new boyfriend unless I bound him too and in doing so would cause emotional distress and potentially harm his career
