Spell to get a Tenant

Many bright blessings.

I am trying to rent my house. There were quite a number of viewings but no takers. Some were interested but the offer were too low.

May I know if there is a spell to help me get a good reliable tenant for my house.

Have you considered writing your own spell for this? There is an old, very quaint saying, Ask and you shall receive. Write down exactly what you are hoping to gain on a piece of paper, carry it with you and walk through the rental space, envisioning the reliable tenant happily taking residence there. When you feel satisfied and content with your visualization, open a window and burn the paper in front of it, asking for them to come to you. Think of the smoke as being sent on it's way to search them out.

It is hard to find a super specific spell like that, and it can also be hard to come up with your own. I often find an existing spell and tweak it to suit my purpose and make it my own-ish. For example, your needs are for that home so perhaps tweaking a house-blessing spell for your particular need could do the trick and make it your own creation! This very site has a list of spells and there are some nice simple house-blessing spells here as well https://witchescircle.webs.com/blessingspells.htm. I am sure finding the right words to add to the blessing should be pretty straight forward and maybe even a little fun :) Good luck and feel free to let everyone know of the results.

Thanks to all of your kind blessings and spell suggestions, I finally have a lovely tenant ! YaY!

I used candle magick and a little tweak of house blessing spell to ask the Universe to find me a good, honest tenant.
