Maybe it’s nothing but doesn’t seem like it. I just found something strange on my back porch. I found a silver pendant sitting in a bowl of water? I’ll put a picture of it on my profile if anyone knows what it could be if anything? Thank you
If I'm looking at the picture right. It may be another versionpendant of the tree of life.
There's theYggdrasil version of the tree of life in Norse mythology. Which is said to have a dragon at the bottom and an eagle at the top, while a squirrel runs up and down the tree and exchange messages towards the two, the dragon and the eagle are said to be enemies. There are other version of the tree of life, where the tree of life is the bridge between earth and the divine. There are many different version of the tree of life and even a couple of shops named after the tree, but trees often symbolic growth.
If it in a bowl of water then it may have been cleansing. Perhaps this is meant for you a sign of your growth and if new to the path your on then a sign of new beginnings and wisdom to gain.
I'm thinking most likely it was dropped by a bird. Corvids (crows and jays), especially, will take shiny objects and do all sorts of interesting things with them.
For example, if you leave food out for birds, some may leave something shiny as a trade. However, this tends to work better when the food is treated as a reward for bringing objects. It could also be that a bird saw the reflections in the water, and added the pendant deliberately to go with the reflectance (some tend to hoard shiny objects). And it's also entirely possibly that it was dropped, say either in flight or if the bird was carrying the item and stopped to drink.
Most important information has been shared already. I just want to confirm that it's Yggdrasil. The mythological tree of life.
If it landed on your porch due to nature, like animals and so on. Then it might be a blessing. As new paths open.
If it is put there by a human, it might be a curse. Personally I know a curse in which you drown an object of symbolism, or relevance, in a bowl of water. Can be different fluids. The drowning resembles the end. Picking it up resembles a new beginning. As in, the curse is the new beginning. As I can see in your picture, you've already picked it up. If Yggdrasil has any kind of personal meaning to you from before you found the pendant, then I would suggest doing a cleansing of both you and the pendant.
Just as a precaution. My mind might be too focused on curses now though. Had seen my share last week.
Have you checked whether it's charged with energy?
Thank you very much. I got a bad feeling when I saw it and felt like I should get it out of the water ASAP. Very new to this so not sure how to check if it is charged with energy. Any suggestions?
