I need help with a spell that will make to people feel the pain plus on what they are doing to my husbands family. I have been married 26yrs and I have seen these to outsiders gladly and wickedly tear them apart. With gossip, lies and much more I am only good with chants and I dont want death or anything
I had tried replying, but it seemed to not post, so I'll sum up the longer post I tried to make for you.
I think that in order to achieve the effects you desire, you should have more experience. I do not mean to discourage you if that's how it seems, but practicing a spell of this caliber without experience can lead to it failing or backfiring. I suggest you look into warding, grounding, centering, and intention in order to help you focus your energy. Without these building blocks, the spell could potentially harm your or your husband, or harm the others involved more than you may mean to.
Additionally, the fact that you mostly work with chanting may be a sign that you should expand your areas of knowledge to incorperate more types of casting. For example, there are tons of beginner-level spells for misfortune on others. These more basic hexes would be a good way to get started.
Finally, consider working on writing your own spells. This way the intention is more specific to your scenario. Consider what they've done carefully, and decide whether what you are doing is "fair." You can of course start with simple spells before moving up to one this complex. Use spells you find online as models of sorts, but never copy a spell and claim it's your own. You can also use an existing spell and modify it in ways to fit your needs better.

How new are you to the craft? You might need to study for a bit before casting. Look into a stop gossip, freezer, or binding to stop them.
I don't know exactly whats happening [people you're not related to are badmouthing members of your family?] can you distance yourself from them? Are these just people from your town, or are they coworkers? If they're just acquaintances, distance yourself. Same with coworkers, but you might need a little more [say hot foot powder or a spell to get them fired/promoted and have to move away] You should also consider the old adage "the best revenge is a life well-lived." While you could throw a curse at them [and it's understandable] people get bored if they realize they're not rattling your cage. Rising above typically results in the person doing the harm being discovered in the long run.
I'm unsure if you know much about magick yet, but it's a natural energy that brings change. It's neutral, but it gains a charge the more we interact with it. Negative energy sticks to things, it weighs us down and is harder to shake than positive energy. People who deal with negative energy can be dragged down and become miserable. They hurt, so they make others hurt, and this energy lingers and continues to affect them. The same is true for positive energy, making us happier, healthier, and overall brings good fortune to us [look into the law of attraction] While you can curse people [there are a time and place for curses] once you're done, release the pain and focus on the good. This will not only cause good fortune to come to you, but also annoy your enemies.
