help for beginers

I notice that lot of beginers dont know were to start,some give up,well i posted in way of the stars spellbook a spell that any beginer can do,until now the spell was private but now it is public,beginers try it,it is easy and you feel magic,pleas tell to anyone ho wanted to do magic,but give up.The spell name is energy manipulation basic
