Sending someone to jail?

Hello!

I have a very specific situation that I’m trying to find a spell for. Not sure if this is something you can help with but I’ve exhausted so many resources for resolving my issue to no avail.

I want to know if it’s possible to cast a spell to have my ex go back to jail for violating his probation. We have two children together and he has mentally and emotionally abused them which is why I broke up with him. I found out he was on drugs during his probation and was using a strap on penis designed specifically for taking drug tests, to cheat his mandatory drug tests. I also found out he made my son pee in a cup before going to his drug test on several occasions. My son is terrified of him and doesn’t want anything to do with him. My daughter is still a baby but she screams any time he tries to carry her and tries to hide in my arms when she sees him. I tried to notify his probation officer that he was in violation but she never returned my calls. Then she went on an extended maternity leave and he was assigned a new officer, which he refused to give me information about. So I am trying to get his parental rights terminated and the courts want evidence that he violated his probation. The problem is that I can provide the name of the dispensaries he was going to but they have several locations and I won’t be able to provide a specific location because I never knew.

So I’m just trying to figure out a spell for this. Whether it’s casting a spell that would bring his violation to light without me having to provide the evidence I don’t have or a spell that could help just send him back to jail for the violation all together. I know this is super specific and is probably almost impossible to suggest a spell for, but it’s worth a shot! I completely understand if there are no spell suggestions however. Thanks in advance!

I'm not too well versed in these kinds of spells but you could see about invoking a spirit/god of justice to help. Tyr, St. Michael, Brighid, Carridwen, and gods like that associated with protection and just booting people out could potentially help.

Use banishing spells to get him out of your house. Wish spells are a good idea, too, so you can wish your ex back to jail.

Magically, I would suggest attacking this from multiple directions;

Karmic severing (Badically a spiritual version of cutting him out)

1) - make two effigies (think dolls or poppets), one representing him, another representing yourself and your children.
-Tie the two effigies together by wrapping them with three differently-colored threads. As you wrap them together, consciously affirm to yourself each thread representing the physical, mental, and spiritual(karmic) ties between you.
- get a blade, or scissors. Get yourself into a focused mindset of severing him from yourself and your family. Be decisive and unyielding in your thoughts. Gone for good, gone forever.
-Then cut the threads apart. Physically throw his effigy into the trash (for extra satisfaction/closure, wait until the garbage is full and smelly). Then immediately take the garbage out of your home for pick-up. Place your effigy on a shelf and alongside a personal symbol of protection and love.

2) Look into protections for the home; hot-foot powder, smudging and other cleanings, making a threshold, and that sort of thing.

3)Do not neglect the mundane; Instead of despair against the law, work with it. Do everything in your power to help them help you. If they need things like evidence or information, get their help in understanding what they need and how they can get it.
-Record -everything- dates, times, photos, video, audio. If your children are seeing him, take a couple basic pictures of their fronts and backs and arms/legs if your children are co.fortable. then if you see any bruises or Mark's immediately photo again and report. Every. Time. No shortcuts.

Keep any and every text and voicemail. If you are able, record phone calls (I think there are phone apps). Write down any time he comes to your home, interacts with the kids, etc. Date, time, and accounting what happened.

Reddit has a very helpful community under r/legaladvice. Use it.

Finally, safety. If he comes to your home in any sort of an aggressive, threatening, and -especially- intoxicated, do NOT interact with him until, at the very least, you have contacted your local police non-emergency number and reported to them what is happening. You do not need to ask for police to come(but do so if you feel the need) but let the officer you reach know you feel unsafe and you wanted to have a report on file. If you did ask for a unit to come, you can always call back after and cancel the request. Non-emerg responses are low priority, so you don't need to feel bad. And if things go bad in a way you can't call 911, you still have help on the way.
