Spell advice?

I have a person in my family who dosent cast or do magick but has been having trouble with overall happiness in her love life. I wanted to cast for her, and I have the supplies however, I have a slight delema.

I don't believe in romantic love. I know she wants her relationship to be more positive but I don't know if my lack of belief will impact it?

Firstly, does this person want you to cast this spell for her? If it wasn't her idea to do this I would suggest clearing any magical work you do for her with her before starting.

Secondly, your lack of belief might indeed negatively impact your spell if you specify it is for romantic love. Happiness can manifest in a variety of ways, so the spell and the Universe have more to work with.

Yes she does, I know a happiness spell I can do to help but I dont want that negativity to affect it.

I don't think you'll have a problem if you go for general happiness in her life rather than trying to gain her something you don't believe is real.
