I have been a member of SoM for around 4 yrs now.
Though my contribution towards topics is nill. I would like to know if I can post a spell.
If yes then where and how please tell.

You can join the Spell Casters coven where you'll automatically be set at the Council position. You will be able to post your own spells and articles then.
