Out of body experiences??

I was looking at spells the other day (me being mouse/brained I forgot what it was) but it involved having an pit of body experience, I was curious about this since I've never had one and wanted to know if someone could help with this? I understand if you can't but I just thought I'd ask

It sort of depends on which way you mean about having an out-of-body experience.

Was it an immersive dream? Lucid dreaming.

Did you travel the physical world? Did you venture to other realms? It could be astral or etheric projection.

Was it a deliberate visualization such as with pathwalking or hedge-riding?

It's bot lucid dreaming, I know what that feels like but I mean where your consciousness floats above your body and you can see yourself and what's around you

A lot of people would describe that as the first step in etherial and astral projections. The general advice, if you're wanting to take advantage of the experience and have a journey, get away and go journey. Staying close makes you more likely to simply return and be done with the experience.
