Hello, So I'm looking into energy manipulation. Can anyone offer their services to help me?

Energy manipulation is easy for those who have experience with it, so, all you have to do is pratice. Such as in a reverse negativity spell with a mirror, you have to send the energy through a blow of air through the mirror for it to work.

One thing you can try to do is a psy ball. You meditate, open your third eye and using both your hands you form a psy ball by enlarging it everytime you move them back.

You can also manage to stop the rain if you have enough spiritual power for it, by closing your hand and using your metaphysical strength to stop the rain.

Energy-working operates on a principle of mental focus, visualization, personal growth, and practice. All based on the concept that 'action follows thought'.

Energy working is also a pretty broad practice, with several topics that compliment eachother as you go. This can make it a long process of learning, but it is worth learning about as many different things as you can. Books will never go amiss in this regard.

I recommend taking time to learn about a few of the 'mechanical' (for lack of a better term) basics. The bodily Chakras and meridians, the aura, auyerveda, reiki, chigong, and meditative visualizations are all very useful in forming a good foundation.
