Yes it would if he didn't like you in return.

He may like someone else and want to be with them.

If you do a spell to attract love then maybe he will be the one but if you do a spell against his will then it will only bring sorrow to you and him.

you might want to try a karisma spell it pretty much makes people have a better understanding of what you say and makes you a little more attractive if you want that i could give you that but whoever said bring love into your life is good not so much a specfic person there are like spells for havein some1 feel the need to call and thats not to bad well atleast i dont think so lol
