Energy manipulation?

My subject was too long for the title but it was gonna be: 'Energy Manipulation but as a ward?' I was recently practicing Energy Manipulation in my hands to such a point they wouldn't meet, and I was wondering if it's possible to do that but with a different part of your body? It's hard to describe what I mean sorry

If you mean can you manipulate energy to create a personal shield around your body or to create a ward to use around where you live, then the answer is decidedly " Yes" . But do understand that such a ward or shield is only good against psychic energies, it will not block a physical attack like to keep someone from hitting you. Another good term for this is energy shielding.

One of the quick-banish methods I like is using energy manipulation. It's simply this: Gather some excess energy in your core, and release it in a burst to send away the unwanted. Then, set up your ward or shield.
