spell material disposal?

hello, i'm just wondering what everyones thoughts are on disposing of objects and materials after a spell is done?

i do not have a garden/yard, so burning and burying arent really options for me. i dont want to cause any damage to nature, so simply tossing things into the sea or a river isnt something that calls to me either. but it just doesnt sit right with me at all to throw things into the bin, it feels like undermining what i tried to do with the spell in the first place.

any input appreciated. blessed be.

If it isn't good for the Earth, in example salt or paraffin wax, which doesn't biodegrade quickly if at all it is much better to bin it and in the case of salt to wash down the sink.

With items that are food items, if one can not compost and it simply isn't feasible to leave it out of doors for wildlife then there is absolutely nothing wrong with putting it in the bin.

Consuming of food items is another option if you are not part of a tradition that strictly does not allow it.

It depends a lot on what the spell items are. Jars can be reused and candles too can be melted down for further spell candles. Make sure the reused wax is put into a candle with a similar intent than that of the original spell.

There are a number of options depending on what you are using, if it can be reused, if it can be consumed etc.

However when all is said and done some things are better left to the bin or the drain if necessary. Salt will destroy the ground and is best dissolved in the sink.

Very good info from RavenFeet. I might add that another option would be to make a small charm bag or bottle from the leftovers if it seems appropriate. Collect the salt, wax drippings, rose/flower petals, and other small bits into a leather or silk pouch, or a small glass jar/bottle/ampoule you can then wear to continue the energy of the spell. Or even as a protective charm if the working was of that nature.
