Summoning from shadow

Hi,

I'm preparing to do a ceremony to summon a sub personality that I experience within myself that's been operating in shadow(unconsciously). My intention is to honour her and make a connection.

I'm wondering if anyone knows any summoning spells that translate for this

I know on a deeper level whether its 'inside me' or 'outside me' amounts to the same thing. She is a force who has been operating in the background. Her intentions were very pure but have become unhelpful.

Hmm... I have a question regarding this.

Do you possibly experience loss of memory from this shadow-personality? If so, then it may not be a shadow-personality, but more like a symptom of a medical condition known as DID, or Dissociative Identity Disorder. I have done some mild research on it, and you can mail me if you have questions.

For theterms of the summoning spell, though, I can't help you with that one, since I'm not very well-versed in spirit work.

Memory Loss isn't always evident in DID, and is far more prevalent in other forms of Dissociation, such as a Disassociative Fugue, among others. Further, if it was DID, the person would likely not be aware of the existence of the other States of Being. (Though this isn't always a hard-and-fast rule either.)

Should a person, any person, think they might be experiencing such Symptoms of such a Condition, the first thing one should do is seek a Professional Therapist to see if an Official Diagnosis can be made on it.

I Hope this Helps Clarify some things. My source is that I have a Bachelors in Psychology, but that doesn't mean I am a Psychologist, or that my Knowledge of the Topic is Exhaustive. This is just to try and put some new light on the Topic from a different point-of-view. :)
