I heard that Psychic vampires exist from somewhere in this website so I have some questions about it.
Should I be worried about them?
Is there a place where they live at?
Can someone confirm if they exist.

Psychic vampires do exist. They live everywhere. You have probably encountered several in your life.
Psychic vampires are individuals who "feed" off of the "psychic energy"/"life force"/"energetic bodies"/whatever you choose to call it of others. People can be psy vamps without knowing it, so know it and don't use the ability.
There is another term that is often used to describe these people, toxic. Every been around someone who makes you feel awful? Someone who enters a room and "sucks the life" out of everyone else?
Thankfully the news is not all bad, some psy vamps use their abilities for good and can collect energy, give it a positive spin and send it on to others. Some will remove the negative energy from others and dispose of it. This can lighten a person's mood, calm anxiety or fear in a person, or help them feel better about themselves.
I don't think they're born exactly or anything like that. Much like empathy, it's something that can be learned and trained.
A lot of spellwork involves using our own energy and intent to manifest outcomes and such. This is like an extension of that same energy work at play, but using it to manipulate someone else's energy.
Something I used to do in grade school was, while watching other people give presentations, if they looked nervous, I would try to analyze their auras for any kind of dark spots and pull them away. At the same time, I would try to make my own energy very positive and supportive and visualize spreading that toward the speaker with the idea that it would give them some encouragement and ease their stress.
Energy vampire practices can take on a lot of forms, but most commonly, if someone is referring to anyone as an energy vampire, they mean that they're toxic, as stated above.
This can be done in a variety of ways too. Sometimes it's simply verbal: someone who constantly redirects a conversation to being about themselves, or someone who constantly points out the downside of things or insists something will never work. As said above, a lot of people aren't fully aware they're doing this. It could stem from mental health problems or negative self-talk, and very often, if they're someone you know well, you can point it out to them and try to encourage them to be more positive, and they will take the advice. But sometimes, it is people who really are attempting to manipulate a situation too.
It can also happen in an energy work sense, being kind of the opposite of the ritual I described above. Instead of pulling away negativity and spreading positivity, a person can pull the positivity of another person into themselves, whether it be for an energy boost or because they were feeling down or whatever.
The point is that some people may be more naturally inclined to doing this, but anybody can learn. Like everything else, it just takes practice.
