Moving Out

My grandmother passed away 2 months ago and my mom can't buy the house, we would like to keep the house as it was my grandmother's house.

What Magical work can I use to keep the house?

Oh,my! I hope you and your family are doing well after a loss like that :(

I'd recommend either a luck spell(for the chance for a Good Samaritan or someone similar to show themselves)or a money spell(so you guys can try to afford the house).

But, before you try to cast, try to think of a physical solution.See if your grandmother wrote a will(where it's very common to have the house given to a relative), last testament, or something similar. If there isn't a will, I'd possibly see if your family can pay off the house in more manageable amounts(like rent/mortgage payments in that sense).
