Order shipment delay

I placed order on Sunday. It hasn't been shipped yet.

Unfortunately, the moderator that processes orders in the site shop hasn't been on since January 2nd, 2023. I'd suggest sending a message to the site administrator about it and asking him about the processing of the order.

No reply yet. I really need the product. I didn't know it will take this long.

I do not work for the online store. I am only givinginformation provided on the online shop. According the shipping information from the store, orders in the USA can take 1-2 days to ship while 3-5 business days to arrive. International orders can also take 15 days for delivery. I am sure it could sometimes take international orders longer to be shipped. Orders can be delayed at a country's border too. Larger orders and items might take longer.

The store even has a phone number listed on the bottom right of online store saying "Online Store Help".

The website's administrator mightbe busy. It may take him time to contact you back. A little patience goes a long way. :)
