Dragon mutation spell

Is there a spell that could be made to mutate myself into a humanoid dragon.

Magic does not defy the laws of reality, contrary to popular belief. You are a human and will always remain as such.

The next best thing is you could look into astral projection and alter your astral body to be more dragon-like, however this requires practice and patience.

Prism is correct. Magic is not going to be able to make you into something other than the human you already are. If one could I suspect we would have seen dragons flying everywhere.
