Psychic Attack Help

Hello, I think someone has been psychically attacking me for a while and I have been learning techniques to protect myself which do seem to work. I don't know who is psychically attacking me which is troubling because everyone in my life seems to treat me very nicely. I would like to know who is performing this so I cannot be deceived. Has anyone found a way to work out who attacks them?
