Are there any pen and paper spells that don't include candles or flowers? i'm looking for any type of spells.

You could draw a sigil and charge it for your desired purpose (protection, love, wealth etc.) and slip it somewhere significant like underneath a doormat, underneath your pillow, in your shoe or pocket or wallet. You could also bury your sigil without any flames necessary, fire spells tend to work the fastest and don’t always have long lasting results. Earth based spells tend to take the longest and have the longest lasting effects.

Petitions and sigils are your best bet. You can activate these energetically by destruction ie. Ripping apart.

Or keep petitions around long term energizing them periodically.

You can use day or night cycles to energize these by sorta programming the sigil or petition to activate during these periods, minimizing use of your own personal energy.
