So, you have to summon each of the creepypastas for this. In this spell, we'll be summoning Eyeless Jack, Jeff the Killer, Ticci Toby, Slenderman, and Ben Drowned.
1. First of all, get your paper and write your enemy's name on it. If you want, you could write a short paragraph about them or draw them, but its not necessary.
2. Then, on the envelope, write "To Slenderman, Ticci Toby, Ben Drowned, Jeff the Killer, and Eyeless Jack," with an Operator Symbol below it, and then another large Operator Symbol on the other side of the envelope.
3. Put the paper with your enemy's name on it inside the envelope.
4. Get another piece of paper, and write a message to the Creepypastas telling them you want this person to get revenge on it. (Example: "Hello, Slenderman, Ben Drowned, Ticci Toby, Eyeless Jack, and Jeff the Killer. This person is cruel; they have ___________ and __________. Because of this, they need revenge, and you are the perfect people to give them it. Stalk them and hurt them and ruin their life.") And put that inside of the envelope too.
5. At night, (day works too, but night is preferable) get a piece of paper with an operator symbol on it. Put it on the wall, with the symbol facing forward (away from the wall), and then put the envelope on top of it and lean on it with your forehead on it and then close your eyes and say "Slenderman, Slenderman, all the children try to run; Slenderman, Slenderman, to him it's part of the fun. Slenderman, Slenderman, dressed in darkest suit and tie; Slenderman, Slenderman, you most certainly will die."
6. Then, also at night, lie down on your bed with the envelope on your kidney area. Close your eyes, and say "Eyeless Jack, take my kidney."
7. Next, go to the bathroom at night and stare into the mirror. Use your fingers to trace a smile onto your face. Put the envelope on the mirror and then lean on the mirror with your forehead on the envelope and say "Jeff the Killer, Jeff the Killer, Jeff the Killer." And then smile and exit.
8. After that, play the Song of Unhealing, and place the envelope over your phone as it plays. Whisper "Ben Drowned, Ben Drowned, Ben Drowned. Hear my calls."
9. Seal the envelope and then take it to a forest. (Or, if there are no forests near you, just put it on/near a tree) Leave it there; the Creepypastas will find it.
Incomplete, and probably will not work because none of the beings are real. If you are working with an egregore of these beings, one would hope the Witch was knowledgeable enough in Chaos Magik to know how to work with an egregore of Slender Man or whatever other Creepypasta. This is also overkill, no pun intended. Pick one, not all of them. If you are summoning anything to aid you in a spell, the more beings you summon, the more erratic the energy. You could summon two beings which are friendly toward each other with ease. Contradictory beings will be tricky. A group of horror characters with chaotic energy would end badly. Fortunately, they are not real, so nothing will happen. However, if these are egregores, they were created through Chaos Magik, and I highly doubt anyone willing to attempt this spell would have the skill to control such chaotic energy. Also, the spell design is flawed. What is the purpose of the envelope? Why do you not have an item that ties the spell to your target? What do you not give the target the envelope since you have enchanted that?
Lastly, the chant is badly worded and should not be used. You offered your kidney to a creature you are summoning. You are aware if this is works, you offered your kidney as payment? As for the Slender Man summoning, you mention how someone will die. Since Magik is literal in nature, and you are working with chaos, this would make this a death spell. It is too weak, poorly written, and lacking anything which would make it a real death spell, but you are asking a spirit to take someones life. What are you exchanging for this? Any spirit with the ability to do this will not do it for free. Even if you cast the spell without relying on other spirits, the energy cost is huge. The universe will balance the scales if you somehow manage to do it correctly.
