Casting Instructions for 'Simple Healing'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • - A place to concentrate
  • -Faith in yourself and your magic
  • - A positive emotion e.g love or happiness

Step one

Place your hand over the pain snd close your eyes. 
 

Step Two

Clear your mind, if you can do this when people are yelling and things then you're  very talented, try dpong four breaths in four out

Step Three

Capture your positive emotion and inagine the color of the emotion infusing into your energy

 

Step Four

Imagine a silver thread connecting your hand and the pain and slowly lift your hand straight up with out going left or right.

Step Five

Imagine that Silver thread is your pain and it just drains out of you. When you can't feel as much pain or the cut is gone, break the thread snd scatter the negative energy.

I wouldn't just release the negative energy into the world, but would recommend using it as a sort of energetic fertilizer for the Earth (that's what I do)
