Reinforcing Therapy

First, wash your copper bowl with holy water and dry the bowl thoroughly. Then place the candles in a triangular shape on a flat surface. Light the candles with the embers of the wood fire and place the copper bowl in the middle of the candles. Then burn 1 pinch of rosemary in the candle fire.

Gently sprinkle the holy salt into the copper bowl and say the following;

Precious angels,

You know the difficulties and the pain I've been through.

Open the door of the energies for me to heal.

I present this incense to you.

Then slowly place the amethysts into the copper bowl and say the following three times;

Vidare polum, vidare vectas. IPA (vidaɾe pʰoɫum, vidaɾe vik̟tʰas.)

Fill the bowl halfway with water. Stir the bowl with wooden spoon until the salt dissolves. After the salt is dissolved, take the amethysts and 2 pinches of rosemary, put them in pouch. Leave the pouch in full moon light and carry it with you until you heal.
