This is stupid and will hurt you if you try it. The amount of blood that you would need isn't a dangerous amount but you will have to keep opening a wound to get the blood. All that pain for absolutely no gain. Do not do this!

Depending on how new you are I would wait a bit before cursing someone so you know how to protect yourself and work with energy. I'll send you an easy one, but be sure you cast circle, charge/ground energy, then cleanse yourself to be safe.
You don't need to write a letter in blood to Satan. You could seal it with your blood [drop of blood over your name] but you don't need to write the entire thing in your blood. I'm no expert on Satan/demons but if you wish to work with him, cast a circle, welcome him to join you, offer some cake and ale [juice and cookies work, but the devil might also enjoy a piece of steak and wine or water if you're underage] write the letter explaining who you are and why you wish to work with him, sign on bottom, drop of blood, and into the fire.
As I mentioned above, this is dangerous and will not work. If you wish to work with infernals like the Goetia, fine. Research demonology and occultism. The Dictionary of Demons by Michelle Belanger, Daemonolatry Goetia by S. Connolly and Of Blood and Bones by Kate Freuler are excellent starting points. I have no issue in you pursuing demons, but please do your research. This is not how you contact an infernal. There are plenty of ways to contact a demon that do not involve blood. When an actually blood ritual calls for it, it is only a few drops, not enough to write a formal letter. That is why I stress you do not try this spell. Ordinarily I would encourage you to experiment with fake spells, but not this one. You could get hurt so please, please, trust me when I say this does not work.
