Step outside and focus. Meditate in a sitting or laying down position, clearing your mind of everything. Then say outloud: "Turn and turn, and turn once more. I see the what but not the when. Remedy, wrong, entertwine. Now they form a single vine".

You should feel a small breeze. Continue your chant as the breeze gets stronger. Practice is everything!

If do this in mouth would able control the wind ?

You cannot control the wind by believing. You work with the air element and perhaps in time summon a breeze. But you cannot go ''I want a tornado'' and a tornado blows through.
