Visualize a map of the area you're in (doesn't need to be detailed, just some basic shapes could even work). Next imagine a force carrying wind across it. Keep your focus and intent strong, do not get distracted. Now, wait for the wind to blow in that direction.

It's possible to make the winds stronger or weaker. I've tested this spell multiple times.
