You will need the following items for this spell:

  • A sponge
  • A sink
  • Minty toothpaste
  • A small crystal
  • And the Know how

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Minty toothpaste
  • A small crystal
  • And the Know how
Fill up the sink so the sponge is submerged in water. Get your small crystal and draw a square around the sponge. Squish it and then let it go. Repeat 3 times.once the sponge is completely soaked, take it out and squish any excess water. After that get your minty toothpaste and draw a star on the sponge. Rub the toothpaste onto the sponge so you can barely see the star. Rub the sponge onto your forehead and say three times ''sponge suck up the demons inside''.squish the sponge on your forehead Three times and kiss it twice. If you did it right then your headache should be gone!😄
